Broxtowe Borough Council in Beeston is seeking two Private Sector Housing Officers to deliver a range of services including HMO licensing, private sector housing enforcement, and caravan site licensing.
You should have a local authority housing background or enforcement experience and hold a degree/diploma in Environmental Health or an HNC in Housing Practice. HHSRS competency is highly desirable for this role.
We are looking for two motivated and enthusiastic Private Sector Housing Officers to assist in the delivery of a wide range of services including Licencing of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO), private sector housing enforcement, and caravan site licencing.
Must have experience in a local authority private sector housing setting or experience in local authority enforcement.

Competency in the use of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System and enforcement of private sector housing legislation is highly desirable.
