Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a responsive repairs contracts manager to join our client in Beeston, near Nottingham. The role focuses on managing repairs and maintenance, adaptations and minor capital works within budget and policy constraints.

You will lead contract delivery, supervise staff, ensure health and safety, maintain client relationships to hit KPIs, and provide relief cover for the Head of Delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing repairs across multiple trades.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office and database use.
• Proven project management and contractor oversight.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory obligations related to servicing programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage repairs and maintenance services within budget and policy constraints.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties and value the extent of work.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed by all team members.
• Maintain client relationships and meet KPIs, completing work on time and within budget.
• Provide relief cover for Head of Delivery and assist in related duties.
