Job summary

Wheatley Homes South is seeking a Repairs, Investment and Compliance Officer to lead and oversee a range of investment, compliance and maintenance projects across our homes. You will manage projects from planning through to completion, carry out inspections and work with contractors to meet safety and quality standards, delivering value for money and great customer outcomes.

The role requires strong project and contract management experience, technical knowledge of building investment and repair

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects from planning through to completion.
• Budgets, quality, contractor performance and delivery of works to agreed standards.
• Driving licence required.
• Degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline; significant relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investment, compliance and maintenance projects.
• Manage projects from planning through to completion.
• Carry out property inspections and landlord assurance visits.
• Provide expert technical advice and resolve customer concerns.
• Support development of future investment programmes.
