Wheatley Solutions is seeking a Repairs Business Support Assistant to back the repairs function across Wheatley Homes South and East. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with contractors and suppliers, with a focus on efficient service delivery.

The role involves home-based work with travel to group offices, a 35-hour week, and a competitive salary package for a permanent position in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a reactive repairs or housing environment.
• Ability to manage and interrogate data and communicate with internal/external partners.
• Experience with job management or scheduling systems is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management and back-office support across Wheatley Homes repairs function.
• Analyse repairs and customer data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Support financial and performance reporting and inventory controls.
• Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases and ensure accurate record keeping.
