You will manage investment, compliance and maintenance projects, from planning to completion, and conduct property inspections with contractors and partners to ensure high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have strong experience in project and contract management within property investment, repairs, compliance or construction.
• Sound knowledge of building investment and repair works, including inspections and working with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investment, compliance and maintenance projects from planning through to completion.
• Carry out property inspections and landlord assurance visits; ensure works meet quality and safety standards.
• Provide expert technical advice and help resolve customer concerns; support future investment programmes.
