Job description

Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Repairs Coordinator to ensure that contracted service levels are understood, and delivered in accordance with associated KPIs, and performance effectively recorded.

This is a hybrid role with 1 day in the office on Thursdays each week, the working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.

You will be joining our Home team based in Slough. The Homes team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that repairs are completed in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation and Pinnacle Group policies.
  • Ensure effective management of warranties and call back work.
  • Management of the completion of planned and reactive works.
  • Lead the repairs function ensuring all repairs are complete in accordance with KPIs and the asset lifecycle strategy.
  • Risk management – support early identification of potential problems and assist development of risk mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully operating in an equivalent role.
  • Ability to engage and influence at all levels, both within the organisation and externally.
  • Resilient and positive in a demanding and changing environment, with the capacity to deliver results to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Agile and ability to multi-task, pivot and prioritise different workflows.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
