Job summary

Amplius is seeking a Repairs Coordinator in Peterborough for a hybrid role with weekly office presence. Salary £35,224 per year, 12-month fixed term contract, full time.

You will support responsive repairs and empty homes services, coordinating with surveyors, contractors and colleagues to deliver repairs on time, within budget and to high standards our customers expect.

Your week comprises 36.25 hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:15pm, with a hybrid pattern and a Peterborough office presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to deliver responsive and empty homes repairs on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Manage customer enquiries and requests with a professional, helpful, customer-focused service.
• Support investigation of complaints and provide information to resolve them quickly.
• Arrange asbestos surveys, inspections and follow-up work to ensure quality standards.
• Keep systems up to date by raising works orders and coordinating inspections.
• Produce performance reports and monitor budgets and service performance.
• Organise meetings with contractors and residents, keeping customers informed and consulted.

As a Repairs Coordinator at Amplius, you'll play an important part in supporting our responsive repairs and empty homes service. Working closely with surveyors, contractors and colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure repairs are delivered on time, within budget and to the high standards our customers expect.

Salary: £35,224 per year

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, full time

Your week : 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5:15pm

Location : Hybrid with a weekly presence in our Peterborough office
