Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Basildon Council to recruit a Repairs Administrator on an initial 3-month contract.
Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to work on-site 3 days per week.
The Repairs team's purpose is to provide an effective support to the repairs operation carried out by our partner contractor. The team is responsible for dealing with customer and colleague enquiries, repair ordering, customer feedback, complaints investigation and response, performance management and recharge process. This work relates to repairs issues for Basildon Council Housing tenants and leaseholders.
