Day-to-day duties include handling repair calls, arranging inspections, processing work orders, liaising with contractors and utility companies, maintaining the asbestos register, and supporting invoicing and reception tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and enquiries relating to repairs and upkeep administrative tasks.
• Raise pre- or post-inspections for Maintenance Officers and coordinate their diaries for inspections.
• Process works orders through QL and communicate with customers about repair work and access arrangements.
• Liaise with utility companies and ensure asbestos register is kept up to date.
• Assist Repairs Assistant with processing invoices and related administrative duties.
• Assist the Housing team by logging repairs after inspections and monitoring voids with utilities and contractors.
• Provide reception support as needed and ensure contractors comply with the code of conduct; take minutes when required.
