Job summary

Mark May is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of operatives across repairs and maintenance contracts. The role is based in Hainault with sites within the M25, offering a permanent full-time position and a company van with a fuel card.

You will monitor productivity and contract KPIs, manage subcontractors, liaise with customers and ensure work is completed to a high standard. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience within repairs, maintenance or construction.
• Previous supervisory experience, ideally within social housing.
• Knowledge of SOR codes.
• Understanding of contract KPIs.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervising repairs and maintenance operatives.

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Van & Fuel Card
