Job summary

Gousto is seeking a Production Supervisor for the new Repack department at our Warrington site. You will lead a small team, report to the Production Manager, and oversee day-to-day repack operations to deliver Gousto boxes on time.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient line throughput in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will work Monday–Friday day shifts, ensuring proper training, shift handovers, and collaboration with Tech Ops and Planning to meet daily production plans while

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced production setting.
• Knowledge of GMP, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to manage labour planning and performance.
• Proficient with basic data tools (Excel/Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Lead repack operations and ensure output meets quality standards.
• Maintain safety culture and comply with health and safety policies.
• Plan and resource shifts within labour budgets.
• Train and supervise shop-floor colleagues and interviews as needed.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Technical and Planning teams.
