Company Shop Group is seeking a Technical & Packing Operations Supervisor in Darton, Barnsley. The role combines hands-on leadership with technical oversight of the open product packing area, ensuring safety, quality and legality in all processes.

You will lead the packing team, manage production plans, oversee labelling and product checks, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining documentation for audits.
