Job summary

Gousto in Warrington invites applications for a Production Supervisor in the Repack department. You will lead a small repack and packing facility, report to the Production Manager, and manage a Monday to Friday day shift to ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety, GMP, and product quality standards.

You will work closely with Technical, Engineering and Planning teams to deliver daily and weekly production plans, train staff, manage labour budgets, and drive continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• Supervise repack operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.
• Ensure safety, GMP, and quality standards are maintained on shift.
• Manage a small operational team with coaching and development responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Embed a safety-first culture across the facility and report incidents.
• Uphold GMP, hygiene, and technical standards with routine checks.
• Investigate non-conformances and apply corrective actions.
• Train and sign-off on flow wrapping, packing, and equipment.
• Resource shifts and manage labour within budget constraints.
• Conduct 1-1s, PDP coaching, and performance management.
• Lead shift briefings and support recruitment interviews.
• Oversee repack production output and plan adherence.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Technical teams to resolve downtime.
• Maintain material control and traceability; ensure clear handovers.
