Job summary

Pro-Pak Foods in Malton is seeking a dynamic Production Operations Supervisor to lead frontline operations, optimise production flow and energise the team to exceed performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will work Monday to Friday with rotating shifts, overseeing KPI monitoring, safety, continuous improvement and collaboration with maintenance, quality and engineering teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams and meeting daily targets.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience with MES and work order systems.
• HACCP and Food Safety qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of production operatives and cell leaders to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor and manage KPIs: quality, output, safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and Engineering to resolve issues quickly.
• Drive improvements through lean manufacturing and CI practices.
• Coach, train and develop team members for high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
