Bauer Media Outdoor UK is seeking an Accounts Payable Rents Administrator to join our Finance team in Woking. You will manage rental payments to landlords, handle queries, and forecast cash requirements.

The role requires accuracy, VAT knowledge, and strong Excel skills, with weekly payment runs and liaison with developers and landlords. The position offers hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 at home), a competitive salary of £30,000, a discretionary annual bonus, pension, healthcare, life

Qualifications

• Understanding of AP workflow from receipt to payment.
• Understanding VAT accounting and timelines.
• Strong accuracy, detail and organisational skills.
• Experience dealing with landlord/supplier inquiries.
• Professional communication and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for landlords and colleagues' payment enquiries.
• Manual invoice postings.
• Registration of unapproved invoices.
• Recording manual invoices for non-Fusion sites and VAT release.
• Ensure timely payments according to contractual due dates.
• Liaising with Development team and Landlords regarding contract and payment queries.
• Weekly payment runs from two systems.
• Cashflow preparation and commentary.
• Set up new suppliers and amendments.
• Producing payment reports from Fusion rents system for forecasting.
• Producing BACS files as per payment dates.
• Managing incoming emails and workload.
• Monthly statement reconciliations.
