You will lead the Accounts Payable function and report to the Head of Finance, balancing day-to-day duties with team development. You’ll oversee supplier invoices, payment runs, reconciliations, and support finance projects while driving process improvements and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or purchase ledger.
• Experience managing a finance team.
• Strong reconciliations and payment processing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Accounts Payable team.
• Oversee processing and payment of supplier invoices.
• Manage weekly supplier and employee expense payment runs.
• Ensure supplier and control accounts are reconciled.
• Oversee the Finance Helpdesk and resolve queries.
• Assist with year-end audit and P11D submissions.
