Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor UK is seeking an Accounts Payable Rents Administrator to join our Finance team in Woking. You will manage all rental payments to landlords, handle rent queries, and ensure timely processing of invoices with a focus on accuracy and liability control.

You’ll use the Fusion rents system, coordinate weekly payment runs, forecast cash requirements, and support month-end reporting while collaborating with the Development, Portfolio and MI teams to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Accounts Payable workflow from invoice through to payment.
• Good working knowledge of VAT accounting.
• Strong accuracy and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for landlord and colleague payment enquiries.
• Process manual invoice postings and register unapproved invoices.
• Record manual invoices for non-Fusion sites and release VAT.
• Ensure timely payments according to contractual due dates.
• Liaise with Development team and landlords regarding queries.
• Weekly payment runs from two systems.
• Produce payment reports from Fusion rents for forecasting and payment runs.
• Prepare cashflow commentary.
