Job summary

Allied Vehicles is seeking a Rentals Advisor to join our busy Rentals team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right vehicle solution and ensuring an exceptional rental experience.

The role suits a customer-focused individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. The position offers Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm hours with a salary of £28,000 per annum plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, rental, administrative, or office-based roles.
• Strong communication and listening skills, especially on the phone.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience in the motor trade is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries from retail and corporate customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable rental vehicle solutions.
• Prepare, provide and follow up on quotations to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, rental, administrative, or office-based roles.
• Strong communication and listening skills, particularly over the telephone.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience within the motor trade is advantageous but not essential.
