Allied Vehicles in Glasgow is seeking a dedicated Call Handler to join the Sales Admin team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails, and help coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Call Handler to join our Sales Admin department. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer focused individual to play a key role in supporting our sales operations and delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll play a key role handling all calls coming in and out from the sales admin department, providing an excellent service to all Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm and the salary is £26,717 per annum + bonus.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
