Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer new and existing Rent Guarantee policies via phone or email
  • Handle landlord and agent queries related to Rent Guarantee products, collaborating with the Sales team
  • Meet SLAs and provide a 'best in class' customer service
  • Resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and logs for MI and audit purposes
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
  • Manage complaints and escalate risks or issues appropriately
  • Build strong relationships within the team and across departments
  • Own personal performance and development, embodying company values
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven sales experience with a target-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, results-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure positively
  • Experience in outbound sales, call centre, or telesales is advantageous
