Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting two Renewal Specialists for a client in Northampton. The role focuses on managing customer renewals, handling billing and contract queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Hybrid working is available and the position starts November on a temporary basis with potential to become permanent. You will communicate with customers across phone, email and live chat, build relationships, resolve concerns and identify opportunities to retain

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals from start to finish, accurately and on time.
• Support customers via phone, email and live chat on billing, pricing, subscriptions and contracts.
• Build positive customer relationships and resolve concerns to improve retention.
• Handle cancellation requests and identify renewal opportunities.
• Work with Account Management, Finance and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and renewal documentation.
• Identify process improvements to reduce manual admin and boost efficiency.

£17.43 - £19.48 per hour, depending on shift

Available Shifts: (hybrid available)

• 1:00am -9:00am Monday - Friday
• 5:00pm -1:00pm Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting two Renewal Specialists on behalf of our client, based in Northampton.

Are you confident communicating with customers, enjoy building relationships and have a natural ability to find solutions? Our client is looking for proactive, customer-focused individuals to join their team.

You’ll play a key role in managing customer renewals, answering billing and contract queries, and helping retain customers by resolving concerns and delivering an excellent customer experience.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Managing customer renewals from start to finish, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time.
• Supporting customers via telephone, email and live chat with billing, pricing, subscription and contract queries.
• Building positive customer relationships and helping resolve concerns to encourage customer retention.
• Handling cancellation requests and identifying opportunities to retain customers.
• Working closely with Account Management, Finance and Customer Success teams.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and renewal documentation.
• Identifying ways to improve processes, reduce manual administration and support business efficiency.

What Are We Looking For?

• Previous experience in SaaS, customer success, account management, customer service or a similar role.
