Job summary

Fluence Energy UK Limited is seeking a results-driven Procurement Professional with deep experience in sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiation within the energy sector. You will navigate the UK & Ireland market dynamics, coordinate with engineering, legal, and logistics teams, and manage supplier onboarding and category management to deliver on budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Developed local supplier base for renewable projects in the EU and UK.
• Led RFQ/RFI processes, cost benchmarking, and supplier onboarding.
• Collaborated with legal and technical teams on NDA, contract terms, and risk assessments.
• Supported end-to-end procurement for utilities, preferably TSO/DSO clients.
• Worked with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive timelines and budgets.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Supplier qualification & contract negotiation

• Supplier/ subcontractor onboarding

• Knowledge of EU/local energy regulations & compliance(preferred)
• Fluent in English (any other European language is a plus)
