Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior/Principal Project Manager focused on Renewable Energy construction projects. You will lead project delivery, maintain client relationships, and oversee design, procurement and construction activities across UK, Ireland and EMEA.

Role involves governance, budgeting, invoicing and mentoring junior staff, with a strong emphasis on construction-phase execution and cross-disciplinary coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project delivery in energy sector construction.
• Background in project governance, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client relationships.
• Experience with procurement and contract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid- to large-scale renewable energy construction projects.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and construction activities.
• Manage budgets, programmes and performance against contracts.
• Mentor junior staff and support governance from set-up to completion.
