AECOM is seeking a Senior/Principal Project Manager to lead delivery of Renewable Energy construction projects across the UK and internationally. You will drive project delivery, maintain key client relationships and oversee feasibility through detailed design and site execution.

The role emphasizes construction phase leadership, contract management (NEC/FIDIC/JCT), and mentoring junior staff within a collaborative, hybrid work environment that supports flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Background in project and construction with commercial awareness of energy projects at construction phase, including grid-connected complexities.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid- to large-size renewable energy projects during construction phase.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and construction teams.
• Manage client interfaces, governance, reporting and invoicing.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals.
