Job summary

MJ Quinn is seeking a Renewables Project Manager for our Energy Division in Milton Keynes. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with on-site duties, reporting to the Technical Director.

You will plan and coordinate the installation of renewables and ground mount solar PV projects from inception to delivery. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, managing budgets, identifying risks, and delivering on KPIs while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in management on Mechanical and Electrical projects.
• Ground Mount Solar Farm build experience essential.
• Excellent organisation skills to plan use of people and resources.
• Ability to use initiative and make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to manage organisational change while delivering business results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects for installation of renewables and ground mount solar PV from inception to delivery.
• Lead and motivate project team from internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project to keep on track and on budget.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure timely delivery and implement changes.
• Report regularly to management and the client.
• Deliver quality service ensuring performance standards, KPI’s and SLAs are met.
• Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to.
