Job summary

MJ Quinn in Milton Keynes is seeking a Renewables Project Manager to lead the installation of renewable and solar PV projects from inception to delivery. The role offers hybrid working with site duties and reports to Technical Director.

You will plan, coordinate, manage budgets, risks, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, compliance with H&S, and achievement of KPI and SLAs. Requires ground mount solar farm experience and UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience on Mechanical and Electrical Projects.
• Ground Mount Solar Farm build experience essential
• Excellent organisation skills to plan people and resources to meet deadlines.
• Ability to use initiative and make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to manage organisational change while delivering results.
• Ability to monitor and control budgets.
• A legal right to work in the UK.
• A full clean UK driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Enhanced DBS check for all applicants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planning including goals, roles, schedules and timelines.
• Lead and motivate project team from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the project to keep on track and within budget.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Report regularly to management and client.
• Deliver quality service meeting KPI’s and SLAs.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies.
