Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in site supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret technical drawings within UK renewable energy regulations. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in site supervision, preferably renewables or large solar projects.
• Ground Mount Solar Farm experience essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction and renewable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and oversee daily site operations on renewable projects.
• Enforce HSQE standards and deliver toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and safety policies.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the Project Manager.
• Highlight risks, delays, and issues promptly.
• Act as on-site point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support client visits and provide site progress updates.
• Monitor workmanship to meet technical specs and regulatory standards.
