A leading recruitment firm seeks a Managing Consultant in Renewable Energy to lead a new Service and Maintenance division. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, experience in commercial service, and the ability to upsell to existing clients while securing new contracts. Qualifications

• Successful background in service and maintenance within HVAC, Renewable Energy, or Oil and Gas.
• NO previous heat pump experience is even required, but would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service and Maintenance division, driving growth and profitability.
• Upsell existing clients for additional service contracts.
• Identify and secure new commercial contracts across the UK and EU.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.
