Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment seeks a Sales Consultant (Renewable Energy) for its Berkshire office. You will manage customer enquiries, conduct consultations and site visits, and recommend energy solutions, with full training provided.

The role offers a base salary of £30,000 with an uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000, plus progression opportunities and ongoing training to grow your technical knowledge and sales skills in a growing sector.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven and motivated by earning potential.
• Organised, self-motivated and confident managing your own pipeline.
• Renewable energy, heating, construction or technical industry experience advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to sale.

• Recommend suitable renewable energy solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations and explain technical solutions clearly.

Are you an ambitious sales professional looking to build a long-term career within the renewable energy industry?

You’ll be working with customers across Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps and MVHR, providing a consultative service and helping customers find the right renewable energy solution for their property.

The role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, personable and motivated by earning potential and career progression, with the opportunity to develop both your technical knowledge and sales ability within a growing industry.
