Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or operations.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer returns and replacement orders (RMAs).
• Coordinate spare parts orders and deliveries.
• Arrange dispatch of replacement products and collection of returns.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
• Liaise with customers regarding service requests and order updates.
• Escalate technical inquiries to appropriate teams.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure high service standards.
