Job summary

Accelerated People Management Ltd in Manchester is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support coordination, administration and workflow across live renewable energy projects. This graduate-friendly role offers extensive training, clear progression and a chance to grow into a design or project management position.

You will manage timelines, records and procurement, coordinate information via Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, and contribute to early-stage project development.

Qualifications

• A degree or relevant qualification in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Construction or a similar subject would be advantageous, although strong junior candidates will also be considered
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work
• Good Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and general systems knowledge, with confidence using technology and AI tools

Responsibilities

• Supporting project coordination, administration and workflow management across live renewable energy projects
• Assisting with preliminary desktop design work and early-stage project development activities
• Helping manage project timelines, records, procurement and internal systems
• Coordinating information across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other project-management tools, with occasional site support where required
