Job summary

Reymas Group is seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide responsive support to customers and approved installation partners in a growing renewable energy technology business near Cheltenham. You will manage inquiries via phone, email and digital channels, using CRM to record interactions and ensure timely resolutions.

You will coordinate with technical, product, sales and operations colleagues, aim for first-contact resolution, and contribute to a scalable, knowledge-rich service model

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, support, technical support or related client-facing role.
• Clear and professional communication across channels (telephone, email, digital).
• Build positive relationships with customers, installation partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional support across channels.
• Act as day-to-day contact for customers and installation partners.
• Understand enquiries and provide accurate product, order and service information.
• Own cases through to resolution and aim for first-contact resolution where possible.
• Record interactions and outcomes in the CRM or service platform.
• Coordinate with technical, product, sales and operations teams as needed.
• Escalate complex issues per agreed procedures.
• Guide customers to self-service resources and digital tools.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies and processes.
