Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Power Generation) in Canterbury to service, maintain and repair CHP, gas engines and renewable energy systems. You will work with 450KW+ equipment, supporting a growing portfolio of green energy solutions.

The role offers a base salary of £37,000–£38,750 plus overtime (OTE £60K+), a company vehicle, training and clear technical progression, with door-to-door pay and an enhanced pension package.

Qualifications

• Experience with 450KW+ machinery.
• Familiar with CHP, Gas Engines, Generators or industrial plant.
• Experience as a Service Engineer/Maintenance/Marine Engineer.
• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (NVQ, HNC or equivalent).
• INDGLO.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and breakdowns.
• Work on CHP, gas engines and renewable energy systems.
• Electrical fault finding and repairs (ComAp, three phase, drives, motors, PLC).
• Customer facing role.
• Monday to Friday covering surrounding territory.
