Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Canterbury is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Power) to service and maintain CHP and gas engine systems across a regional territory. You will troubleshoot electrical faults and perform repairs on three-phase drives, motors and PLCs while engaging with customers on-site.

The role offers a base salary of £37,000–£38,750 with overtime, a company vehicle, training, and progression opportunities in a growing renewable power sector.

Qualifications

• Experience with 450KW+ engines or plant is preferred.
• Familiar with CHP, Gas Engines, Generators, Industrial Plant or similar.
• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and breakdowns.
• Working on CHP, GAS Engines and renewable energy systems.
• Electrical fault finding and repairs (ComAp, three phase, drives, motors, PLC).
• Customer facing role.
• Monday to Friday covering surrounding territory.
