CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a organised Project Coordinator to support a growing portfolio of renewable energy installation programmes. You will manage schedules, coordinate site activity and maintain project records to keep programmes on track.

This fast-paced role suits someone with project admin experience who can liaise with surveyors, installers and contractors, produce progress reports and help with tender and funder documentation while ensuring compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, project support or project administration.
• Experience within construction, installation, engineering, property, retrofit or renewable energy would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules across multiple live renewable energy programmes, aligning surveyor, installer and contractor availability with project deadlines.
• Work with Project Managers to sequence works efficiently and group projects geographically to minimise travel.
• Confirm site access, customer appointments and pre-installation requirements ahead of scheduled works.
• Maintain and update programme schedules; reflect changes, delays and completed works accurately.
• Prepare, issue and track job packs; ensure documentation, permissions and compliance are in place before works commence.
