Job summary

CBW Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of Smart Homes and renewable energy projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. You will manage site operations, supervise subcontractors and installation teams, and coordinate with management to ensure planning and timely Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pump installations.

Travel across England, Scotland and Wales is required.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required.
• First Aid certification required.
• Full driving licence.
• Experience in renewable energy construction market.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations, subcontractors and installation teams to ensure quality.
• Coordinate with management, procurement and supply chain for planning and delivery.
• Oversee renewable energy installations, including Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pumps.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, RAMS, Toolbox Talks and PAS 2030/2035.
• Monitor programmes, costs and quality; chair site meetings.
