Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to appoint a dedicated Clinic Manager for a state-of-the-art dialysis clinic in Alnwick, Northumberland. You will lead clinical operations, ensure a seamless patient journey and maintain the highest governance standards.

The role requires an NMC-registered Nurse with strong leadership and regulatory knowledge. You will manage daily shifts Mon–Sat, support a quality-driven culture and drive improvements across the clinic.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience leading a dialysis/outpatient clinical setting preferred.
• Strong governance and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused approach.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and operations management of the clinic.
• Ensure a seamless patient journey and welcoming environment for clients.
• Liaise with NHS Trusts and the CQC with Regional Manager support.
• Implement quality improvements and drive standards across the clinic.
• Onboard new teammates and manage patient complaints effectively.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and timely report submissions.
