Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a committed Clinic Manager to lead an exceptional dialysis clinic in Alnwick, Northumberland. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive patient experience, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates are an RN with an active NMC Pin and proven leadership in outpatient haemodialysis, with strong communication, organisation, and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Experience leading an outpatient haemodialysis clinic is essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations and governance of the dialysis clinic.
• Ensure a seamless patient journey and welcoming environment for clients.
• Liaise with NHS Trusts and the CQC with support from the Regional Manager.
• Implement processes to drive quality improvements within the clinic.
• Onboard new teammates and develop the wider team.
• Maintain accurate records and timely report submissions.
