Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting a dialysis clinic in Mold, North Wales, to recruit a committed Clinic Manager. This role leads all clinic operations, focusing on patient experience, governance, and high-quality care with the support of a Regional Manager.

The ideal candidate is a Registered General Nurse with NMC Pin and has clinical leadership experience in outpatient haemodialysis. This permanent role offers day shifts, Monday–Saturday work, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Outpatient haemodialysis leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication with diverse teams and patients.
• Value-driven leadership to maximise team performance.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset in clinical settings.
• Excellent organisational skills for running a clinic.
• Evidence of CPD in Renal Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and operations management of the clinic.
• Provide a seamless patient journey and welcoming environment.
• Liaise with NHS Trusts or the CQC with Regional Manager support.
• Implement new processes to drive quality improvements.
• Onboard new teammates with the wider team.
• Develop relationships with patients and manage complaints.
