Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is helping a leading healthcare provider fill a Clinic Manager role in the Alnwick area of Northumberland. You will lead an outpatient haemodialysis clinic, overseeing operations, patient flow, staff onboarding and regulatory compliance to deliver excellent patient care.

The successful candidate will liaise with NHS Trusts and the CQC, maintain governance standards, and drive continuous improvements while managing the team and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience leading outpatient haemodialysis clinics.
• Proactive, patient-focused leadership.
• Strong governance and regulatory awareness.
• Excellent communication with NHS Trusts and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and operations management of the clinic.
• Ensure a seamless patient journey and welcoming environment for clients through all touch points.
• Liaising with NHS Trusts and the CQC with support of the Regional Manager.
• Implementing new processes to drive quality improvements initiative through the clinic.
• Onboarding new teammates effectively alongside the wider team.
• Develop positive relationships with patients and handle any complaints that may arise.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant clinical, governance and regulatory systems and policies including KLoE.
• Maintaining accurate records and timely report submissions.
