Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment has a brand new Clinic Manager role for a dialysis clinic in Alnwick, Northumberland. You will lead clinical operations, ensure an excellent patient journey, and drive quality through governance and processes.

The successful candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC pin, with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with a current active NMC pin.
• Clinical leadership experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and operations management of the clinic.
• Provide a seamless patient journey and welcoming environment.
• Liaise with NHS Trusts or the CQC with support of Regional Manager.
• Implement new processes to drive quality improvements.
• Onboard new teammates with the wider team.
• Build positive relationships with patients and handle complaints.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and policies incl. KLoE.
• Maintain accurate records and timely report submissions.
