Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee a dialysis clinic in Alnwick, Northumberland. The role focuses on leadership, efficient operations, and delivering exceptional patient care in a state-of-the-art setting.

The successful candidate will be an NMC-registered nurse with outpatient haemodialysis experience and strong communication skills. The role offers a permanent full-time contract with day shifts and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience in outpatient haemodialysis is preferred.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and operations management of the clinic.
• Provide a seamless patient journey and welcoming environment across touchpoints.
• Liaise with NHS Trusts, CQC and Regional Manager as needed.
• Implement processes to drive quality improvements in the clinic.
• Onboard new teammates and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Develop positive relationships with patients and handle complaints.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, governance and regulatory systems.
