Job Description:

Our client, an International Moving company, is currently looking for a Removals Operations Manager to join their growing team in Kent.

As the Removals Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, leading the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

You will manage the daily scheduling of removals, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and ensure all operations adhere to company and legal health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operational planning and execution.
• Oversee all job-related documentation.
• Serve as the liaison between the operations department and road crews.
• Work closely with the warehouse staff to optimise workflow.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of drivers and removal operatives to maintain high service standards.
• Deal with sales and business development, managing costings for moves, issuing invoices, and monitoring profitability.
• Keep track of branch performance and generate monthly reports.

The successful candidates MUST come from a Removals, Transport, or Logistics company, and have strong experience managing/overseeing operations.
