B. Braun Medical Ltd. is seeking a Medical Sales Specialist to join the Woundcare team.

This field-based role covers South West England, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a permanent contract. You will grow product access across NHS and community settings by building trusted relationships with tissue viability teams, nurses, procurement and clinics. You’ll deliver engaging product demonstrations, drive formulary adoption and tailor value propositions to NHS partners while staying

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or clinical practice within the UK healthcare system – would be desirable.
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships.
• High levels of resilience, professionalism, and self-motivation.
• A full UK driving license and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to drive sales growth and targets.
• Build relationships with clinical, procurement and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Increase product access and advocacy through customer engagement and account management.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions and support formulary rollouts.
• Develop value propositions for NHS customers and commercial partners.
• Maintain knowledge of woundcare market, trends and competitor activity.
• Use insights to identify opportunities and support sales conversations.
