B. Braun Medical Ltd. is seeking a Sales Specialist to cover a field-based role across the UK, including Sheffield, Leeds, Hull and Nottingham.

You will build strong clinical relationships, drive adoption of specialist Neurosurgery products and achieve territory sales targets while coordinating with theatre teams and consultants. The role requires a proven theatre-based sales track record, travel across the territory, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in a theatre environment selling technical products.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and building strong relationships.
• Proactive, resilient approach with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Highly organised with a structured approach to a busy territory.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and market share across a designated Neurosurgery territory.
• Build relationships with Consultant Neurosurgeons, theatre teams and decision-makers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, growing existing accounts.
• Support adoption of innovative Neurosurgery products.
• Deliver territory sales targets through planning and account management.
• Attend customer meetings, demonstrations, workshops and events as required.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records using Salesforce.
