Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Wound Closure & Healing Inside & Virtual Sales Specialist in the UK. The role focuses on lead generation, backorder management, and remote/virtual servicing to surgeons and healthcare professionals.

You will split time between Inside Sales (70-80%) and Virtual Sales Support (20-30%), working remotely across the UK, driving opportunities, upgrading customers, and supporting the field-based team with digital tools and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MedTech sales preferred.
• Experience generating leads and nurturing client relationships.
• Experience selling remotely is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective Wound Closure customers to arrange trials.
• Research and identify potential leads via CRM, social media, events and networks.
• Qualify leads and pass to sales team for engagement and trials.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts and activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create effective lead generation campaigns.
• Build relationships with NHS and private sector partners and develop account plans.
