Job summary

83zero Ltd is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to support commercial modelling for major bids. You will analyse client data to build staffing models for large contact centre operations, ensuring proposals are operationally feasible and commercially viable.

Reporting to bid and commercial teams, you will develop scenarios, quantify staffing costs and present findings. This contract is remote across the UK with a 6-month duration and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Proven workforce planning and forecasting experience within large contact centre operations.
• Strong ability to build resource models from complex datasets.
• Clear understanding of staffing, service levels, productivity and profitability.
• Advanced Excel skills with forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Experience working with senior operational and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client demand and operational data to build resource models.
• Assess staffing requirements, costs and assumptions underpinning each proposal.
• Develop scenarios and sensitivity analyses to show impact on staffing and costs.
• Present modelling outputs and recommendations to bid, commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Document assumptions and methodologies to support bids and planning.
