Gravitas Group is seeking a Workforce Planner to support a major organisational transformation. The role is remote with occasional travel to London or Nottingham, contracting for 6 months at a day rate of £300.

You will oversee portfolio planning for around 20 projects, manage resources, and provide governance-ready reports. Ideal candidates will have strong planning and stakeholder management skills, experience with large-scale transformations, and the ability to start quickly in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Location: Remote with occasional travel to London or Nottingham
• Minimum experience: demonstrated expertise in project planning and resource management

Responsabilités

• Manage project planning and scheduling across a portfolio of circa 20 projects
• Maintain and optimise resource allocation across multiple workstreams
• Track resource capacity, utilisation, availability, and forecast demand
• Work closely with project managers and programme leads on delivery timelines and resource needs
• Provide portfolio-level reporting and planning insights
• Ensure governance and planning processes are followed throughout the transformation programme
