Job summary

Beacon Mobility Corp. is seeking a seasoned Workday Configuration Specialist to optimize Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent modules. You will collaborate across HR, IT, and business units to gather requirements, configure solutions, and drive improvements that support people initiatives.

You will own the full lifecycle of Workday requests, stay current with AI advances, and lead or assist upgrades while ensuring data integrity and governance. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with a focus on Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate needs into Workday configurations.
• Own the full lifecycle of Workday requests from intake to documentation.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate functional needs into Workday configurations.
• Serve as SME for Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent modules.
• Lead or support system upgrades and tenant refreshes.
• Provide training and support to end users on new functionality.
