Job summary

MFS Investment Management is seeking a Lead Analyst HR Technology with strong Workday expertise to optimize HR systems and drive end-to-end configuration and enhancements. You will partner with HR and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

Responsibilities include leading requirements, documenting functional specifications, maintaining configurations, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 6–8+ years of Hands-on Workday experience in multiple functional areas.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead HR technologist with in-depth Workday knowledge in core HCM, recruiting, benefits, talent management, security, or integrations.
• Provide consultative guidance on end-to-end processes and tenant strategy.
• Lead requirements discovery, process mapping and solution design; translate requirements into Workday configuration.
• Own and maintain Workday configuration including business processes and authorization rules.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver enterprise HR solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate workflows and improve user experience.
• Stay current on Workday roadmap and evaluate new functionality for business value.
• Lead Workday release management activities and post-deployment stabilization.
• Create system documentation and contribute to training materials for end users.
• Mentor junior HR Technology team members and provide peer reviews.
• Propose forward-looking improvements and standards for scalable Workday design.
• Serve as escalation point and coordinate with vendors and IT to resolve defects.
